Samuel Diaz
Founder
Samuel Diaz Sr. emigrated from Cuba to the US in 1988. In New Jersey, he opened a construction company, Sammy & Sons, sharing his knowledge and experience. Samuel was introduced to construction as a mason helper, developed an attraction to electricity and learned the trade to successfully become an industrial electrician. He moved to Miami in 1992, and founded Titan the following year. In 2018, he retired, leaving the operations to his two sons, Samuel W. and Dennys Diaz.

Samuel W. Diaz is a state-certified general contractor and has 20 years of construction experience. He provides strong leadership for the company by working with other executives to establish short- and long-term goals, plans and strategies. Samuel oversees the overall performance of the company and has a significant role in developing the market strategy and operational implementation.
Dennys Diaz
Vice President
Dennys Diaz has 18 years of construction experience. He has served as secretary and treasurer for Titan since 1994. Dennys manages the overall secretary-treasurer functions for the company, such as key relationships, partnerships and changes in structure. He works closely with other executives to safeguard the organization’s finances.
